BUSINESS DATA
Any personal data provided or collected by IZIHelp is under the control of FIREFLY INNOVATIVE JOINT STOCK COMPANY.
Data provided by Businesses:
Email: Emails from the business’s Customer Care inbox will be forwarded to the IZIHelp system to create requests. These emails may originate from the business’s server or from third-party service providers such as Gmail.
Facebook: All content from the business’s Facebook page linked to the IZIHelp system will be managed by the system. Information includes wall comments and private conversations via Facebook Messenger.
Zalo: All conversations from the Zalo OA account linked to the IZIHelp system will be managed by the system.
IZIMessage (live chat on the site): All user information and conversations between the business and customers through the IZIMessage platform will be stored and managed by the system.
IZIComment (product comments): All user information and comment content between the business and customers through the IZIComment platform will be stored and managed by the system.
IZICall (VoIP): All information related to calls between the business and customers will be stored and managed by the IZIHelp system. Related information includes phone numbers and recorded conversations between employees and customers.
YouTube: All information related to videos and comments below the videos will be stored and managed by the IZIHelp system.
Customer information of the business: This includes all information related to customers that the business updates or stores in the IZIHelp system.
WHAT WE DO WITH THIS INFORMATION
- We collect and process all personal information to provide better services for all businesses, users, and customers for the following purposes:
- Processing and responding to your inquiries or contacting you to answer your questions and/or requests.
- Developing and improving the products, services, and features of the IZIHelp service
Verifying the identities of individuals contacting us via phone, electronic means, or other methods - Managing your subscriptions and/or registrations to receive newsletters or other communications from us.
- Effectively and professionally managing and reporting on business interactions with their customers.
- Complying with legal obligations as required by law.
